A free 30-minute preliminary consultation is usually available on short notice, and a 55-minute initial consultation for €90 can be scheduled within one to two weeks.

Free Initial Consultation
During the free initial consultation, you can briefly describe your situation, and I’ll answer your questions. We’ll discuss whether I can assist you. At the same time, we’ll get a first impression of whether we’re a good fit for working together.

Initial Consultation (Fee Applies)
The initial consultation (for which a fee applies) provides more time to discuss both your concerns and your goals. During this session, we’ll discuss how I can best support you, which methods are appropriate, and what conditions would be most effective. This conversation will give us a deeper understanding of each other and help us determine whether—and if so, what—next steps would be appropriate.

Sessions
The scope of our collaboration depends on your needs—ranging from, for example, a single session for solution-focused and systemic brief coaching, to medium-term crisis support involving a few sessions, to a longer-term and sustainable development process. We structure the sessions flexibly and at your own pace. You can find more information about costs here.
